Marketing Project Planning
Overview
Year
2019 - Present
After more than three years of working as a communications planner, I embarked on the journey as a marketing project manager, where I really found myself as a professional.
One of the most remarkable projects in my trajectory was when I led the scale-up accelerator program for entrepreneurs from different industries and from seven diverse states. In addition to designing the external communication strategic plan, I also supported the team of more than ten communication specialists, external agencies, and other internal teams to deliver the planned tasks on time and aligned with the organizational brand guideline.
My responsibility was also the management of the demands and contractual marketing and communications counterparts of the sponsors of each of the programs. The result of it was that many of these programs had their sponsorships renewed taking into account the accomplishments achieved by the communication and marketing team.
Examples of large companies that renewed their contracts were the main shopping mall chain, one of the largest fashion retailers, and also some of the most powerful financial institutions in Brazil.
Amanda is an energetic communications and marketing professional, focused on quality and results-oriented. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence made her a key professional in our team, guaranteeing consistent marketing plans and clarity on how to interpret the company’s business goals.

→ Utilized data analysis and reporting to measure communication effectiveness, optimize strategies, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
→ Reviewed the communications team's work through internal materials, which aided in organizational brand consistency externally and internally.
